Sicily is an impressive & beautiful island with a land of deep blue skies, temperate climate, lush vegetation and abundant marine life.
The cuisine of Sicily—from exotic cous cous to the popular cannoli—is as complex as its history and pairs beautifully with the island’s world-famous wines.
The best way to get to know a culture is through sampling its food, but even better is learning how to cook it! Join a delightful cooking class at Novikov restaurant organized by our enthusiastic chefs.
The masterclass will begin with a traditional Italian breakfast of freshly baked warm bread, jam, cornetti and cappuccino.
With fragrant aromas now filling the kitchen area, enthusiasts will then be introduced on how to prepare a range of accompaniments, all imbued with the essence of the Mediterranean.
Whilst the food is cooking, Novikov’s sommelier will discuss the best wines to pair with each course and offer advice on where to buy them.
Once all is ready, pupils can enjoy their handiwork during lunch time.
