 Sardinia is the second-largest island in the Mediterranean,with rocky coastline, and stunning beaches of very fine sand.

While spaghetti is a centuries-old and popular pasta shape from Italy, others like fregula and malloreddus (small, chewy gnocchi) are unique to the island and not widely known beyond Sardinia.

The trademark of Sardinian hospitality is welcoming people to the table and guests can count on the finest a family has to offer.  The best recipes are rustic, hearty, straightforward preparations.

In this hands-on cooking masterclass, you will learn how to make hearty soups, Sardinian gnocchi or sweet ravioli.
