Novikov Italian’s brone drawn pasta cooking class is about making great pasta that can be replicated time and again at home. At this cooking class, you learn about the types of the pasta, the importance of it and you will make your very own batch of various shapes of  pasta dough You’ll learn to mix the ingredients and then knead, rest, roll and cut the dough to shape.
