In fact, many of the Italian delicacies we all know and love seem to come from this very productive region. Emilia Romagna seems to burst with fresh produces, meats and dishes to die for.

In this hands-on cooking masterclass, you will learn how to make homemade pasta like stuffed pasta, lasagne or tagliatelle. Find the secrets of traditional sauces such as Bolognese without forgetting the delicious dessert.
